Respectful Confrontation

Respectful Confrontation trainings are designed for corporations, organizations, government bodies and for individuals who seek lasting change in the areas of communication, productivity, time and stress management, impactful leadership, empowerment, personal freedom, and fulfillment.

Respective Confrontation trainings are offered as corporate trainings, workshops, lectures, facilitation, consulting and keynote addresses. Programs, mediation sessions, and private consultations are designed according to the needs of the client or company.

  CORPORATE TRAININGS

TEAM-BUILDING/ENHANCED COMMUNICATION
1-day training (8 hours)
In this training, members of a company or team learn the principles of Respectful Confrontation as a way to illuminate and improve work patterns, address and enhance the culture of the company, clarify values and the talents of members of the team, increase productivity, identify and offer ways to resolve the weak spots and tensions in the team, reduce tension and miscommunication, resolve misunderstandings before they lead to conflict, and offer a new vocabulary that fosters collaboration and the empowerment of all involved. The day will alternate between theory and experiential exercises, role plays and written assignments.

1.5-day training (12 hours)
In this training, one day will consist of all the objectives in the 1-day training. The second day will be used to apply the tools learned in the first day with structured exercises, role plays, team building, creative problem solving and setting of future goals and intentions for the individual and for the team.

LEADERSHIP/MANAGEMENT TRAINING
1-day training + private individual coaching
This training uses the Respectful Confrontation tools to develop and enhance leadership skills, introducing new theories in leadership for the 21st century. This practice will shift and reframe views on confrontation, assertiveness, and true power leading to greater self-confidence and peaceful interactions with others. The participants will recognize their values and strengths as successful managers, as well as identify challenges in working effectively with their teams and colleagues. Time will be spent on addressing these issues. They will learn and practice new tools to enhance communication, which will save time and energy at work. They will also explore useful ways to build a stronger team, gain trust, and get the most out of other workers through effective coaching strategies. Emphasis will be placed on understanding how deepening relationship and communicating in a focused and mindful way can result in increased profit and a larger impact at work.
This training is followed up by a series of individual coaching sessions (starting with 4 – 8 sessions) with each participant as a way to help integrate these tools and techniques into their daily work routine. The individual will gain greater insight into their own values, talents, and management style and identify areas where new tools are needed to increase productivity and elevate the culture and dynamic of the company.


  WEEKEND WORKSHOP
16 – 20 hours.
Learn about compassionate engagement, and reframe views on confrontation, assertiveness, and true power leading to greater self-confidence, personal fulfillment and peaceful interactions with others.


  ONE-DAY TRAINING
9 hours
The day is filled with exercises and theory to offer you a comprehensive, experiential overview of what is explored in the weekend workshop and the foundations of the practices of Respectful Confrontation. Learn about compassionate engagement, and reframe views on confrontation, assertiveness, and true power leading to greater self-confidence, personal fulfillment and peaceful interactions with others.


  SEMINAR
3 – 5 hours
This interactive seminar will introduce you to principles explored in the weekend workshop and the foundations of the practices of Respectful Confrontation. Learn about compassionate engagement, and reframe views on confrontation, assertiveness, and true power leading to greater self-confidence, personal fulfillment and peaceful interactions with others.(A version of this seminar is also ideal for a fun team-building day for companies)


 

PRACTICE DAY FOR GRADS
5 hours
This training is created specifically for graduates, reviewing the skills and principles of Respectful Confrontation through exercises and theory, with some added tools, to practice addressing real-life scenarios that seem challenging.  In a supportive community, we will explore some of the trickier corners of the domain of human relationship.
