This training/lecture/seminar offers the blue print for nurturing our own personal fulfillment and contributing to global unity. This fun and dynamic program is broken down into three basic steps – Courageous Self-Reflection, Respectful Confrontation and Creative Generosity

In essence, the first step looks at the individual – his/her own personal issues, challenges, problems, etc. The second step then goes on to address the individual's role in relation to others – interactions with friends, family and loved ones, at the workplace or in other group settings. The third step continues to evaluate the role of both individuals and groups at a community, national or international level – how we can work together as a whole to bring about positive change.

Whether for you, your company or organization, you will leave with confidence and inspiration, as well as a number of simple yet powerful tools to make effective, positive change in your life.

This experience is unique because it does not rely solely on theories - there will also be ample opportunity to start putting these principles into practice resulting in a noticeable shift in behavior, deeper insight into yourself, and enhanced interactions with others.

Various techniques will be used to put these principles into immediate action and bring them to life:

• physical exercises
• meditation
• basic martial arts techniques
• tai chi
• breath work
• interactive games
