of every month, 7:00 -9:00 p.m., at Heartwalker Studio in Oakland, CA

Learn and practice basic skills to help prepare the body for a successful meditation. The first hour will include a physical warm up including simple stretching, Tai Chi, yoga, and breath exercises, followed by a 30-minute silent group meditation.

Experience how a limber and energized body will enhance and deepen your mediation practice, following the belief that body and mind influence one another, and that meditation is not merely a mental process but an experience that includes thought, feeling and sensation.

For men and women of all levels of meditation experience and physical ability. Ideal for beginners, as well as advanced meditators looking to boost their practice.

Doors open at 6:30 p.m. $20, no one turned away for lack of funds
Led by Joe Weston. Come with loose fitting clothing and a mat or towel.
