"A very useful training and book for those who believe, as I do, in respect for the humanity of the adversary. Weston is a keen and sensitive observer of the human condition."
- James A. Joseph, former US Ambassador to South Africa

"We have been offering Respectful Confrontation workshops at NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center since 2009. Initially, Joe Weston and his team were brought in an effort to increase civility in the workplace and to familiarize our employees with the notion that it is alright to 'confront' others in an effort to increase understanding and communication and to take care of one's own needs. Since then, over 250 employees have participated, and the course has received glowing reviews. In fact, in the most recent offering (held last month), all 30 slots filled up within 24 hours of the course being advertised, and an additional 30 later registered and were put on a wait list for a future course. The Respectful Confrontation workshop has been extremely useful to our Center, and I would welcome any questions that you might have."
- Dr. Dan Krieger, Office of the Director, Head of Mediation and Negotiation
NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center
